Why are my Adobe Stock payouts being declined repeatedly?

Hello,I am experiencing the same problem over and over again with my Adobe Stock payouts.My payout has now been returned for the third time. Each time the payment is rejected and the funds are returned to my Adobe Stock balance. I have already updated my Payoneer account details, but the problem still persists.Could someone please explain:Why are my payouts constantly being declined?	How can I find out the exact reason for the rejection?	Is there anything I need to change in my Adobe Stock or Payoneer account to successfully receive my payout?Since Adobe Stock no longer provides direct email support for contributors, I would really appreciate any help or guidance from Adobe staff or community experts.Thank you!

Hi Ralph,Thank you for your reply.The payment does not appear to reach Payoneer.In Adobe Stock, the payout first remains in “Processing” status for several days. Then Adobe cancels the payout and the funds are returned to my Adobe Stock balance.As far as I can tell, the payment is never actually sent to Payoneer. This has now happened three times.Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know why Adobe would cancel a payout before it reaches Payoneer?Thank you.
