Why are my Adobe Stock payouts being declined repeatedly?

Hello,

I am experiencing the same problem over and over again with my Adobe Stock payouts.

My payout has now been returned for the third time. Each time the payment is rejected and the funds are returned to my Adobe Stock balance. I have already updated my Payoneer account details, but the problem still persists.

Could someone please explain:

  • Why are my payouts constantly being declined?
  • How can I find out the exact reason for the rejection?
  • Is there anything I need to change in my Adobe Stock or Payoneer account to successfully receive my payout?

Since Adobe Stock no longer provides direct email support for contributors, I would really appreciate any help or guidance from Adobe staff or community experts.

Thank you!

You say that the payout is rejected. Where is it rejected? If Adobe makes the payout and Payoneer rejects it, then check with Payoneer.

Could you please tell me which contact form or email address you used to reach the support team?

Before contacting Adobe again, you must make sure your receiving account on Payoneer or Paypal meets your country’s regional banking requirements to accept payments from Adobe.

The Contributor Relations Team can be reached from the contact us link in your Contributor portal.

PayPal’s requirements are similar to Payoneer’s.

If you are a Thai citizen or have a registered Thai business, you can use a PayPal Thailand Business Account, but you are subject to strict "Know Your Business" (KYB) and anti-money laundering regulations.

Adobe Stock transfers the funds…  Whatever happens on Payoneer’s end is what YOU must find out.

Contact your regional Payoneer site for more details.

    Hi Ralph,

    Thank you for your reply.

The payment does not appear to reach Payoneer.

In Adobe Stock, the payout first remains in “Processing” status for several days. Then Adobe cancels the payout and the funds are returned to my Adobe Stock balance.

As far as I can tell, the payment is never actually sent to Payoneer. This has now happened three times.

Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know why Adobe would cancel a payout before it reaches Payoneer?

    Thank you.

    Hi @wise_fashion5C8D

Since you believe that the payout bounced at the Adobe end, you should send a message explaining what you observe and to ask if they could identify the issue that causes the payment to bounce.

    Here’s how to contact Adobe

At the bottom of your contributor page, click/tap on “Contact us”.
Select “Payment Tax & Bonus Program”
Select Royalties. Read the information click the link, then the checkbox.
Type the message to Adobe in the text box.

    They will advise you.

    Best wishes
    Jacquelin

Thank you for your reply! I have already contacted Adobe Support three times using this method, but unfortunately I haven’t received any response yet.
