Why are my images rejected?

Hello! I have uploaded some images and videos about locations in England which is shot with my drone. They are all rejected because of 'contains certain keyword or title errors'

All the titles I made were very short such as Aerial drone shot of Stonehaven, Scotland. The keywords are mostly basic such as town, coast, harbour, drone, and ofcourse local tags such as Scotland, Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire.

Why is my footage rejected? Thanks for the help.

I would guess that this is problematic: aerial, view, drone view, aerial view.

According to the Titles & Keyword Tips, you should only enter aerial, view, drone.

What is the exact refusal reason? The heading is enough.

If it was Intellectual Property Refusal, the refusal can be more than only title and keywords. Check for logos and other identifiers.

The exact refusal reason was data information. It is explained as that there is something wrong with the language, title or tags. I always use English tags and titles and besides common words which are also suggested by Adobe, I also use some location tags such as Scotland, the name of a town, etcetera.

===========

Try US-en spelling of harbor instead of harbour.

We're not going to be able to help you unless you provide the exact titles and keywords used. Here are the Adobe keyword guidelines:

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/titles-and-keyword.html

abd some if the Don'ts:

Don’t: Use formal sentence structures when creating titles. Customers just need phrases that are easy to read and understand.

Don’t: Treat titles like lists of keywords.

Don’t: Include trademarked names, brand names, product names, or people's names.

Hello Jill, thank you for your reply.

This is an example of a video about Stonehaven, a small coastal town in Scotland:

Title: Aerial drone video of the harbour in Stonehaven, Scotland

I don't see any forbidden words in that list.
