Why are my payouts getting cancelled? It already happened twice.

My payouts are getting cancelled I don't know the reason because there is no issue with my paypal account. Please help.

Adobe merely sends the money. What happens after that is out of their control.

Contact PayPal to see if your account can receive royalty payments from Adobe. Depending on where you live, you may need to upgrade from a personal PayPal to a Business Paypal due to regional banking regulations.
