Why are the photos rejected?

Why are the photos rejected? I want to know what I need to do to get this photo accepted? What is the intellectual property violation here?

Can't you use the image of a globe? But everything is blurry there! What is the authorship?

If I should guess, I would say the globes are copyrighted.

Are these real people or Generative AI?

If they're real, you need signed Model Releases.  One from the female adult and one signed by the child's legal parent or guardian.

If it's Generative AI, be sure to check the box about Fictional Places & People.

I know, I already figured it out. there were still photos visible at the edge, although they were blurry, I think that was the reason. I posted this photo here already with the correction) and at the same time uploaded it and Adobe accepted it. it seems that even in defocus, the printed photo is not missed at all. I did not find another reason

Did you supply model releases for both people?
