Why are these images rejected for quality issues?

Can someone please tell me why these were rejected for quality issues?

I am new to uploading stock photos. I followed the guidelines.

I'm confused as to where I went wrong.

Horse: underexposed, monochrome, poorly cropped slanted horizontal lines, and a model release and IP release are needed.
Cardinal: Underexposed, needs sharpening, should use a 2x3 format, and poorly cropped.

Flowers: Underexposed and noise.

Zoom in on your subject and leave room for copy.

Always check your histogram. Complete loss of detail in the shadows.
