Why did I get rejected? (technical issue)

I am new to adobe stock but an experienced photographer. I can't figure out why I got rejected and it is very discouraging. I appreciate any help.

The actual picture is a bit more than double the size of this one.

If you look carefully in the upper left corner you have a few sensor dust spots in the clouds. That's usually good for a rejection.

It's a nice image.

The image you uploaded here has only a resolution of 72 ppi according to metadata. Could be a technical reason for the rejection.

Furthermore, it seems to me that the foreground, the whole picture is too extremely sharpened. The foreground and background don't really fit together well anymore. It "appears" unnaturally "as if you had mounted the foreground into the picture.

I am also new adobe stock I have about 20 years of photography experience but took the craft seriously 5 years ago. I had many of my pics rejected and I am here looking at to see how to improve.  I take it that all the feedback you received was that it was a technical issue?  What was helpful to me was the YouTube tutorial on What makes a great stock photo? - YouTube .  The only thing that you might check carefully in this pic is to make sure your horizon is level this issue according to the YouTube tutorial trigger the technical issue feedback other than that I think the pic look great.  Hope this helps.
