my image looks beautifull in my opinion and is quite original nobody else photographed this train i also have one more that looks nice but got rejected for the same reason i also have one that got rejected for ip infringment but it clearly features a generic pharmacy sign (also the pharmacy was closed down when i took the photo) cna somebody explain if this is a fluke or what is wrong with my images (i understand there is a small mistake in the photo with a finger i belive being visible due to  a reflection i think but is that the whole reason?)

I’m looking at this on my first gen MacBook Air, but it seems an underexposed. The graffiti on the bus might require a property lease as well. As for the logo and sign you mentioned, even fake logos created with AI will get an IP. refusal.

Poorly lit, noisy, blurry, & severely underexposed.  Besides that, it lacks commercial value. Unless you have a signed property release from the graffiti artist, you can’t use this for commercial purposes.

Keep it, hang it on your wall. 😊

I think he would still need a property release for the artwork on the truck

i mean im looking at it on my oled acer monitor and my phone and it seems well exposed the artisstic intent was to have it slightly darker to get the deep red and abut the grafiti its grafiti i dont get why i need a releasse for that but allright and the sign said “pharmacy” so i get that its someones proprety but its not intelectuall proprety the guy dosent own the word pharmacy but il go with your lead and say that youre right about that im new to this stock photography stuff

You can still adjust the exposure to brighten it up, while using Lightroom or Photoshop to maintain the deep reds. But @Jill_C also mentioned some focusing issues, which are difficult to see on my MacBook air. I’m kind of guessing. about the IP issue, since I haven’t seen the photo. But if the pharmacy building is the main subject, it could be the building itself resulting in the IP rejection. The building is owned by someone, whether it’s out of business or not.
