Question

Why do my pictures that I took get rejected stating "Intellectual Property Rights"?

I uploaded pictures that I took while traveling.  They got rejected due to Intellectual Property Rights.  I am not sure how to work around this. Any advice would be great.  Thank you.

When you’re in National parks and especially on native tribal lands, you need to be familiar with their commercial use policies. Most places allow you to take photos for personal use. But selling the photos on Stock could be restricted. Or they may require you to pay additional fees for permission to take commercial photos. Check their websites.

Light installations on buildings, tunnels & bridges are frequently protected by private entity IP.

    Hope that helps.

Not sure about the first one, but the second one requires a permit for photographs intended to be used commercially.
