Just to be sure that we talk about the same, when you say “Dashboard”:

  1. on the Dashboard, you see all accepted assets, and that independent of your region. You may need to change the sort order, to see the latest additions first:

  2. the assets on your public profile are all visible, if you live in an unrestricted region. The sort order is imposed by Adobe. If you live in a restricted area, you will see fewer assets than have been accepted. That is because in those regions, assets need to get additional vetting. That is true for all contributors, so when I look at my assets as if I would reside in a restricted region, I have only a very limited subset that are visible, and open for sale. For newer contributors, that number is often zero assets. But, that is, as I said, the same for all contributors, regardless of their country of residence.

If you live in a region where additional vetting is not required, you can change the sort order to "sort by date". The newly added assets are then on the first page.

Accepted assets appear on your portfolio page.  Unless you reside in a restricted country like Turkey, Indonesia, Qatar, Egypt and others... where a 2nd vetting process is required.

To sidestep the restrictions, change the country code in your browser's address bar to a non-restricted country such as UK, US, AU or CA.
