Why does this image not be approved？

This Vector file (250327) has been sitting as "screening" more than 3 months.
I also upoloaded the same inage as in PNG.
Both are still in "screening" and haven't approved or rejected.

The second picture I attached (PNG of 8 bages ) was approved as soon as I uploaded 3 months ago.

Could you tell me why it is not approved?

Thank you for your advice.
I deleted the pending images and re-submit with a new file name 10 days agao, but it they are sitting at the pending panel.
At this point, what can I take the next step?

When you submitted your assets, a message would have appeared stating that it can take up to 8 weeks to have assets reviewed. You simply need to continue waiting.

After 3 months, it's probably lost.

Delete it from your Review Panel. Rename the file and resubmit.

This is a common issue. Delete the pending image and re-submit with a new file name, thus having it be treated as a new submission.
