why getting (Missing Generative AI Flag) with rejected file?

i submited 4  file first day that i made totally manually that was rejected similar content issue. then i submited 3 file that also made totally manually by me in illustrator in 3 file 1 got similar ok fine 2 got (Missing Generative AI Flag) and rejected. when i made manully then why i should provide ai mark??? all are vector file in .ai or .eps..

One work-around for the AI issue is to provide a property release with the files upon resubmission to prove that the assets are original ones submitted by you as the owner and creator of the assets and not AI.
