I have recently noticed a decrease in download prices, has the same happened to you?

No. Prices haven't changed. You might be seeing some sales from Custom subscriptions which aren't the same as standard subscriptions.

Prices did not change, at least for standard situations. However, Adobe added over the years (so not recently) many different additional subscriptions for high volume customers. You may see those royalties.

Your royalty rate is the same as it's always been.

30% for images, 35% for videos.

Plans vary by customer.  Some customers pay more per asset, others pay less.

Also, Enhanced and Extended licenses cost more than Standard licenses.

They haven't changed. The price is determined acording to the customer's subscription and type of usage.
