Why have this photo been rejected for “Quality issues”?? I am new as a contributor and trying to understand

Adobe Stock rejected this photo with “Quality Issues”. I’m trying to understand the specific technical problem. Could you pleaseee inspect it at 100% and tell me whether you see issues with sharpness, noise/artifacts, exposure, white balance, contrast, saturation, chromatic aberration or post-processing? I am totally at loss with this pic - I’m especially interested in knowing what you would correct before resubmitting. I have others accepted so not sure why here.
