Back in May, 2025 Adobe made the following announcement:
"We’re introducing updated submission limits for Adobe Stock Contributors to help maintain the strength and quality of our growing collection. These updates support the continued success of both our Contributor community and customers alike. When you reach your weekly submission limit or the maximum amount of allowed content pending moderation, you will experience a temporary pause before you can submit additional content."

It seems that recently they've further reduced the weekly submission limits on each account.

Submission limits were imposed to keep contributors from overloading the system & alleviate backlogs in the review process for everyone.

You have weekly and maximum submission limits.  The numbers vary by account, probably based on your past history of sales & ratio of rejections/approvals.

  • Focus less on quantity and more on quality.
  • Be more selective about what you submit.
  • Limit selections to 2-3 of your best assets.
  • Wait for approval.
  • Rinse & repeat.

Adobe Stock customers expect the highest visual and technical quality for use in commercial projects.

Hope that helps.
