why i get quality issues in this image even it has not any issues? I do not see any mistakes in this image. Do you know what are the quality issues?

It seems like, even from this perspective, we should be able to see at least part of the little finger.

Try enlarging the image to 100% on your PC screen.
You can see that it has been enlarged too much and deteriorated.
We need to improve the process of enlarging the generated image.
