Lovecraftian horror, also called cosmic horror or eldritch horror, is a subgenre of horror fiction and weird fiction that emphasizes the horror of the unknowable and incomprehensible more than gore or other elements of shock. It is named after American author H. P. Lovecraft (1890–1937).

It is not a copy righted style.  More like saying vampire art is copy righted ?????

Previously, it was noted to me that there should not be a single name, brand, or patented name of an item in the industrial product. NOT ONE in any form.

And you don't include Eldritch or Lovecraft in the caption or keywords?

What was the reason given for rejection? I did a quick search and there are a few images with eldrich in the titles.

Yes and I have posted images in the past that reference elderich horror  but for some reason now they say it is intellectual infringement.

It is new unique image ...

During our review, we found that it contains elements that appear to be protected by intellectual property (IP) laws, so we can't accept it into our collection. Elements protected by IP may appear in the image or in the description, title, and/or keywords.

Hm. I know there is a game called Eldritch Horror that as far as I could tell from vague references failed to have the game trademarked after a number of attempts. Maybe they were finally successful? Dunno.
