Question

Why is my account no longer able to upload?

Hello,

My account has been unable to upload files for more than two weeks now. The status in the upper right corner still shows “Submit 0 files” and does not change, and I can no longer upload anything.

This issue started right after I taught a class at an IT center where multiple students used their own Adobe Stock Contributor accounts to upload files at the same time, along with my account.
Could this situation have caused my account to be restricted?

It seems like my account has been suspended from uploading files.
Could you please tell me if I did something wrong, and what I need to do to fix it?

I kindly ask for your help so that both my students and I can upload files normally again.

Thank you.

Stock imposes weekly & maximum submission limits to avoid backlogs.

Weekly limits reset every 8 days.

Maximum limits reset when your pending files are reviewed.

Focus less on quantity and more on quality.

Be selective about what you submit to Stock.

Upload your best content, slow & steady.

How many files do you have under the in Review tab and are your assets being moderated on a regular basis?

Adobe Community Expert | If you aren't submitting your assets in sRGB, you probably didn't read the rules.

Then you may want to contact contributor support. The link is at the bottom of your dashboard. In any event, I can't image the class you taught is related to the issue.
