Why is my Adobe Stock account not active, even though I have already registered

If you were unable to verify your email & phone on the previous account, it’s likely due to geo-restrictions. Sadly, there’s not much anyone can do about that. 

Multiple accounts violate the contributor agreement. You are provided a Contact us link. You need to use it to make an appeal.

If you’re asking about creating a 2nd Contributor’s Account, that’s not allowed. See below for more details.
