Why is my ID rejected?

Hi,

I just joined adobe stock and would like to sell my stock photos. But my ID keeps on getting rejected and I don't know why. I do use the same name as the ID.

I don't even know where and who to I ask my questions. Isn't there some kind of support available? I don't seem to find any link on the page.

Now, that your name was corrected and your ID re-uploaded, we approved it. All IDs are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of review.

I looked up your account on the backend and noticed you didn't enter a correct first and last name. You can change it in the contributor portal under the contributor account tab. Click on the Edit symbol to modify your first and last name as it appears on your ID card and resubmit.

Actually I changed my name just before reuploading the ID and it's still rejected. My name appears as correct as far as I can see it.
