Why is my photo considered AI-generated? It’s actually a real photo I took with my mobile phone.

    Well, sometimes photos are marked as AI - there are so many of them. In your example photo however, even if it is not AI, there are a number of problems with it. Composition is a big one as well as the burnt-out sun:

    So, this still would be rejected for quality.

    It would help if you uploaded the photo for us to see. Do you edit your photos. Extreme photo editing can often result in photos being mistaken for AI generated images.

    If this photo was refused with “Missing AI Flag” it is a mistake. The photo should have been refused for “Quality” reasons. The lines are leaning. The shadows are too dark. The highlights in the sky are over exposed. Near the upper left side and on the top right corner are parts of the building that need deleting. Also, an IP release may be needed for the visible text. I also believe there is no commercial value in this photo. What would a buyer use it for?
