Why is the picture rejected?

Hello everyone, Could someone explain it to me why is this pic rejected? The subject matter is in focus and I always thought that's the most important think in the elimination process. I have lots of images like this has already been rejected, Thank You.

Also, the shadows of the flower are underexposed and it is poorly cropped.

In addition to what @Nancy OShea said, the flowers is not completely sharp. The petals in the background are not sharp.

B&W images a rarely accepted. Adobe Stock customers want full color images for commercial use. If needed, they can grayscale it on their end.
