Why is this business card design rejected with "Intellectual Property Refusal" issue?

both URLs exists and are someones property.

yourweb.com and example.com

Example . com can be used for illustrative purposes -- as stated on their website.

Correct. Example.com can be used, but probably not yourWeb.com. In all cases, I never understood how people can use one domain for mail and a different one for web. That does not make sense.

My guidance: try www.example.com as the web address.

Did you upload a IP form with your design? If not you need to do this. Without it it will be refused.
