Question

Why my assets are not accepted?

I uploaded 2 months ago and I am still waiting. Out of the 73 vectors I uploaded, you accepted ten those are in my portfolio and already making money, I could have been doing well with the waiting since they are seasonal.. You guys make this difficult because there is no way to contact anyone and the people in the photo that you want a release from are made with artificial intelligence. I made those people myself. They are not real people so I cant get them to do anything.

How long does the approval process take and how do I deal with non-existent people that cant sign documents?

Thank you!

=============

Allow 4-6 months lead time for approval of seasonal assets.

Customers buy seasonal assets well-ahead of the target date to allow ample time to have their content approved & ready for the event.

Submit your Fall & Winter assets in the Spring & Summer.

Submit your Spring & Summer assets in the Fall & Winter.

+ 1 - 3 months for review

Hope that helps.

Unless your images were rejected specifically for not providing an model release, do as @Jill_C suggested. However, if your images are in the queue and have still not been reviewed, that has nothing to do with weather your assets include fictional people. A number of people are experiencing extremely long delays for having their assets reviewed.

If you check the correct boxes on the submission screen, you should not be asked to supply a model release for "non-existent" people:

1. This is a user-to-user community, not Adobe.  If you want community feedback, post 1-2 full sized images here, along with the rejection reason.  Fellow users don't have access to your account.

2. Stock receives thousands of submissions per week. Wait times vary from 1-3 months.  It varies by how many other assets are ahead of yours in the wait queue.  Long wait times are not unusual.  Reviewers don't have time to talk with individual Contributors. That's not their job.

Compare your work with current inventory.  You're competing with 2.4 million t-shirt vectors.  See link below.

Everything you need to know is covered in the Stock Contributor User Guide. Read it carefully.

Good luck.
