Hello, Why were my latest photos were rejected for quality, even though there were several many made with the same technique on Adobe gallery?

Many thanks in advance.

Correct answer Test Screen Name

Quality means there is a technical problem with your image. If Adobe think they have too many similar pictures, they say that.

Did you examine every pixel carefully at 200% before submitting?

The lighting is not uniform.
In each picture, one of the letters is upside down, which is careless or art; either way, Adobe's customers will complain and want a refund.

Hello,

Can't give you any idea of the quality from a screenshot! Upload an example; it will be much easier then to give advice!

Of course, I am attaching them. Also, now the same photos but with different letters and meanings have been accepted, and I don't understand why.

A thousand thanks

Hi @Davide Goldin ,

The first image has a blotch on the "M". The highlights is too high.

The second image is grainy and the edge is a bit soft.

The third is a little cool and there's a blue fringing on the edge of the character.

The fourth image also has the color fringing on the edge of the characters and has noise grains.

Best wishes

Jacquelin
