The most obvious problem with the rejected image is that it's severely off balance. The horizontals need to be horizontal and the verticals vertical. There is also some chromatic aberration and artifacts. The glass is a really weird color; I'm not sure if that is what it really looks like or whether it's a feature of your processing. Had it not been rejected for Technical Issues it would have needed property and model releases due to signage, license plates and people.
Regarding the other photos, just a few quick comments. You can't post anything with a logo unless you have a property release, and I doubt that Coca-Cola is going to provide one for you. Most of the food photos have messy backgrounds and uncontrolled lighting.
