When images are rejected, the reason for the rejection is included in the rejection notice. What did it say?

I want to say that I love this shot. That cat looks great! I think it would be a useful stock image.

One issue I see is that the out of focus areas are quite noisy. You might consider trying to clean them up. See this example.
