Why my sunset photo was rejected?

I guess it was "technical problems" that were listed as reasons for refusal. The horizon is e.g. crooked, on the left side of the picture there is something in the picture that disturbs, the spot next to the sun might also be removed, in a hundred percent view you can see noise in the sky. The main problems I think.
