Recently, my content thumbnail is not showing while I am uploading these. How Can I solve this problem?

That looks like a problem that appeared months ago.

Remedies that you may try:

clear cache and cookies,
sign out and in,
try a different browser,
try a different network (cell - home - office),
delete an asset and upload again.
