Examine your images at 100-300% magnfication.  The image is too blurry.

The tulips, which appear to be the focal point of the image, are not actually in focus and some are overexposed; however the rest of the image is somewhat underexposed. You can't fix the focus problem with editing, however you can practice your editing skills on this image to figure out how to even the exposure.
