If I understand you post correctly, your vector assets are still under review. That may be normal due to the high influx of generative AI assets and the limited resources to do the moderation. However, in some cases, users also reported that assets got stuck in the review queue, and oder submissions got reviewed in a timely manner. 

I would suggest, that you delete one or the other submissions and resubmit, to see, if they are stuck. If those new submissions get reviewed faster, then you can proceed also with deleting the other assets and resubmit.

As of your link: the link you showed is a generic link that will lead to anyones submission queue. So when I use that, it leads me to my submission queue. As we are here all contributors and not Adobe stock employees, we do not have insight into your account. 

However, if you are resubmitting the assets, like the one with the comb, I would highly recommend to correct that comb, so that the comb is looking like a new comb, and not an old, used one.
