why one photo is accepted and the other one is not?

Hi,

I usually have about 50% of the photos rejected. I can understand that some of them are not interested, but what about this case?

One of them is accepted but the second is not. I even prefer the rejected.

Thanks in advance!

It's difficult to know how Moderators evaluate such highly stylized images, but I see drawing errors in both. That circular banding in the sky could also be seen as a technical issue.

There is a weird texture in the background for one of the characters:

Thank you all for the comments! I have a better understanding now about how to accept photos.

I was a bit scared about posting as I though many people would have the same problem than me but definitely you were so kind and have helped me a lot!

Is there pressure on moderators to deny a higher amount of images now?

I sincerely doubt it. It makes no sense whatsoever for Adobe to hire, train and pay Moderators to sit there and push the reject button all day long. Adobe only makes money if good quality, saleable assets desirable to Buyers are added to the database and SOLD. If Adobe wanted to really throttle the submission of assets they would do so at the front end by  reducing upload limits. That would cost them nothing.

Thank you for your quick replied! It makes sense althought I think the accepted image has even more technical issues. So, sometimes it makes me go crazy haha.

Thank you!!!
