What was the rejection reason? My guess is quality issues.

If you used your phone to create this fake DOF, do not do that. Phones are doing a bad job with this. It just looks good on a small phone screen.

in addition I see a small issue with the exposure.

Hello,

What was your aim for submitting these shots to Adobe Stock? Did you think about its commercial use? Construction use? How? What did you want to convey?

Also, the shots have a yellow look—white balance issues.

I don't understand this image or how it's beneficial to Stock customers.

Save your artistic experiments for Instagram & photo contests. That's not what Stock is looking for.

 

If I had to guess the reason for rejection, I'd lean towards "Lack of Aesthetic/Commercial Appeal" followed by "Quality & Technical" reasons.
