Lens spot and recognizable people.

G20A9400 is not sharp.

As quite nothing is in focus, I suppose that you had camera shake.

A9008: besides the fact that you will need to edit out the name of the boat, you will need a model release from each of the individuals in the picture. The asset is underexposed as shown in the histogram. You would also need to lid the faces of the people, as the darker skin causes the faces to be highly underexposed.

But even so, the picture is not sharp and the whole scenery is more an unfortunate snapshot than a serious picture. The man with his phone is disturbing the entire mood of the picture.
