why the photo has quality problems + 3 months waiting for verification

Hi.
I wait 2-3 months for my work to be checked.
I wanted to ask for tips on why this photo was declined for having quality problems so it doesn't happen in the future. Thanks for the help!

    This illustration is not sharp, it looks upscaled too me. In addition, you have (upscaled) JPEG compression artefacts.

    As you can see from multiple posts here, generative AI and Illustrations take 2 to 3 months before moderation.
