I think hat the composition is correct with this image. You have to look at the garbage on the forest floor. That makes sense.I love the message and part of the execution, from an artistic point of view.

Given that the image is not suitable for commercial use for different technical reasons as indicated by @Nancy OShea, for a correct artistic execution I think that the model's eyes should be crisp sharp. I have the feeling that the blur has been created by camera movement instead of lens blur. It does not work well with the trees. But it's an intriguing picture.
