Where do you want to start. When you have furniture, you really should count and check the legs, as that is something that the generative AI does not understand. (1)(2) When you have a carpet floor, you do not have mirroring surfaces. (3)

(4) The outline is probably a small rendering error, but upscaling makes it quite prominent.

(5) When you have books, then get them looking like books.

(6) Generative AI is very bad with straight lines. But sometimes, they need to draw the lines straight with a ruler.

(7) Physically, the vase in the foreground can not push away a cushion in the background. Besides: the vase's texture is poorly rendered, as are most of the surfaces in this picture.

(8) Either this is magic, or the connection with the lampshade is missing. The texture, btw, is rendered poorly. (9)

(10) The same problem as (4).

(11) The flowers do not blend correctly with the background, the flower cutout is poorly made.

(12) Geometries.

(13) Spots are normally perfectly round.

(14) There is no logical connection of the corners. The AI has no clue what this is about.

(We could continue...)

Any of these errors could have triggered the refusal, but to be honnest, there are much more.

This image is a perfect example of "looks good in in small size" but "exhibits many flaws when zoomed in". The symmetry and styling of this elegant room are impressive but there are many, many drawing errors which are easily detected upon closer inspection. @daniellei4510  pointed out some, but it took me only a few seconds to find more. A Moderator would have pressed the Reject button after seeing just one error!

Numerous drawing errors. I've highlighted a few.
