Why these photos rejected because of technical issue ?

Hello everyone, I am new here and didn't understand what a technical issue means in terms of rejection. Is it wrong with photo taking? editing? or keywords and title?

There is severe chromatic aberration in the first three photos. In the 4th photo there is noise and banding
