Hi! Can someone tell me why this photo is rejected please?

It was rejected because the overall quality is not so good when enlarged to 100%

When viewed at 100% you are getting JPEG compression artefacts:

It is also taken from a smartphone, so photos run into quality problems when enlarged. Fine for a small screen - smartphone screens, tablets, but not so good if viewed on a large screen or printed to a large size. It might not seem a big thing, but people can be very picky these days! Therefore Adobe needs to be picky!

Another point, I think, is your composition - it's messy! You should try to isolate the flowers, and get them to stand out, rather than blending into the background.

I now looked at the picture with Photoshop. The exposure is correct, even that you could have lifted the shadows a bit. The sharpness on the second blossom is not great, the background is blurred, this could have been accepted indeed, if it were not for the artefact in the background. I think they have been produced due to the iPhone in camera processing of the fake DOF. With phone cameras, it is best not to use those fancy filters, that produce great results on your iPhone screen, but who introduce artefacts in the image.

A second look gives me exposure issues, as much of the subject is in the shadow. You should loighten that up. Sharpness needs to be checked at 100% and most of your 2 front flowers need to be in focus. Flowers are an overrepresented part of stock, so moderators are very critical. Your asset is missing what I would call the wow-factor. The picture does not inspire me.
