Apart from the obvious IP issues on the shirt, the edges around your model are too soft.

This makes the image difficult for customers to cut-out and use with different backgrounds after purchase.

Also, I’m not a big fan of overly blurred backgrounds. That’s something customers can easily add after purchase, if needed. But they can’t remove blur that’s there. 

Remove the logos on the shirt and re-submit. Moderators can only select one reason for refusal while there maybe more than one.

Property release and chromatic aberration around the roofs. I also believe it is AI generated because the left arm and hand tone is too dark.

The reason for the rejection is stated, isn't it?
It was rejected due to an IP issue because text or a logo was visible on the clothing.
