Hello, dear experts. If possible, please explain what quality issues this photos has.

The first photo is definitely an art installation.

Do you have signed IP releases by the artist and/or entities that own the rights to that work?

You can’t use another artist’s work commercially without legal permission.

Hi, thank you for the explanation. I guess i have to get the permission of the entitie, because the artist is already dead. But i talk to other people that have photos of the same place on the adobe stock, and none of them needed this permission, they was just accepted, and the images has the same or less quality. I sincerely don't know what happened

In my view the image quality is really good. But ‘modern’ artworks and buildings (that is - if they are not VERY, VERY, VERY old) need to be submitted as editorials.

As @yamato713108855 explained, you may still get an IP rejection if the subjects require a property release. Moderators can only select one reason for rejection, when in fact there may be multiple reasons

Artworks such as statues and monuments are subject to copyright.
Even if technical requirements are met, your submission may still be rejected.
Additionally, a property release is required when shooting at commercial facilities or on private property.
Have you obtained permission for commercial use?

Well, thank you for the explanation, i haven't the permission, i guess wasn't needed to touristique monuments. this is a well visited monument in my city.

Photos taken for personal use are very different from photos that you sell for profit. Different rules apply. And unfortunately, these wouldn’t meet Adobe Stock’s Illustrative Editorial requirements.

Best advice: mount & frame the pictures for personal use, or give them as gifts to friends & family. You can’t sell that which you don’t own legal rights to. It’s a violation of Stock Contributor Terms.

It’s a screenshot zoomed in a bit from your images.

The quality when enlarged is not so good!

it's not a zoomed photo, i shoot from my drone in 4k 16:9 perspective, just download and upload the original file without any modification

Fabio, you followed rules for architectural shots, and I want to praise you for that.

Often Adobe moderators (human or AI pre screens) mark the wrong reason for rejections. If your photos have good focus, I can nearly guarantee the rejection is for lack of location releases. Art sculptures and Isolated buildings like in your photos require one.

ah, thanks for the explaining, but even if the building was a touristique place? This is the largest square in latin america, visited for a lot of people everyday.
