Why was my photo rejected?

Hello all, I recently uploaded these an images to Adobe Stock, however, it was rejected due to "Technical issues." Any ideas as to why? I ask in order to improve my techniques for the next time

Nice. But, not for stock. Astro photography is almost impoissible to achieve without photo stacking. Your foreground is just plain underexposed. You need to do about 30 seperate photos of the sky. Each a maximum of 8 seconds. Stack them with a astro photo stacker. Take a properly exposed image of the foreground and place it over your sky image.

@RALPH_L is correct in that sense that the picture is utterly underexposed. You see that on the histogram:

In addition, the contours need to be sharp, but these here are simply out of focus and de structure is washed out as if you would have added too much noise reduction.
