Question

Why was my submission rejected as not distinctive/relevant enough?

My handcrafted vector pattern work got rejected for somehow sharing too many similarities with other content. Where have I failed? How can I improve that for future uploads?

A search for Vector Patterns in Adobe Stock returns close to 40 MILLION results.

With so much competing content, yours is unlikely to be seen by customers.

If you want to succeed at Stock, you’ll have to find a hole and fill it. Sometimes, mundane objects can become your biggest sellers because nobody else is creating content for them.

Make lists of things that interest you or that you would use in your own projects.

Compare the list with available Stock inventory to see if Stock needs it.

    Hope that helps.

    Hey @Niko_18

Put your image into Adobe Stock and see what shows up.
Similarities is a common issue that most of us of have encountered. Even though our image may be completely different from what is available or shown on Adobe Stock.

What keywords are you using? What title are you using? Who is your target market? When or where would you content be used?
As contributors we also need to think as consumers.

    Cheers
