I would like to know why this image was rejected ?

Correct answer Abambo

Underexposure and probably also the white balance. I didn't do a complete check of the image, so there could also be other reasons. The moderator, however, rejected on the first reason they saw, so that was underexposure.

This straight out of the camera, unedited snapshot does not meet Adobe's quality standards. The white balance is off, it's underexposed and poorly composed. You could have positioned yourself better in the scene, and the power lines should have been edited out.
