why wasn't this picture accepted?

This picture is way too saturated. In the sky area noise - artifacts are visible:

The general composition is also not so good - too much sky I think.

However, the first issue is the saturation - It's too much!

Few reasons. To much editing, I can see some grain, the bush in the front could be removed etc. Try, learn, repeat. Use a tripod, everything should be sharp, and learn from Youtube, from Adobe how to edit landscapes.
