According to the terms of the Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement, will I be unable to continue using Adobe applications and services if I link my Adobe ID (I am paying for Creative Cloud) to Adobe Stock? Please, help me

This screen is to notify you that Adobe has new Conditions of Use which apply to their website and all applications. You must read and accept these Conditions; otherwise you won't be able to use anything. So you must click the blue button "Aceptar y continuar". Do NOT just close the window.

It looks to me like you want to open a contributor account. Being a contributor and being a customer to Adobe Creative Cloud is not exclusive. How could it? Adobe is happy, when you are using Adobe tools to create stock assets.
