Will I Receive Payment on a Deactivated Adobe Stock Account?

Hi everyone,

I recently requested a withdrawal of $100 from my Adobe Stock account around January 11, but my account was deactivated just now. I’m concerned whether this will affect my pending payment.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Will Adobe still process payments for a deactivated account, or should I expect issues?

Looking forward to hearing from anyone with similar experiences or advice.

Thanks in advance!

Yes. Your payment request will stay pending until a final decision has been made. If the account stays blocked, it is improbable that Adobe will proceed with the payout.

Thank you for clarifying. I understand that the payment will remain pending until the final decision is made. I will await further updates from Adobe regarding the status of my account and payment.

I appreciate your assistance and guidance in this matter.

Best regards

You will have to wait until Adobe completes their investigation and determines that any issues with your account can be corrected. Until then, you will be unable to withdraw your payment.

Sister they emailed me this, "Hello,
Your account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account. These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity.
For more information on why your account has been blocked, and your appeals options, see the Submission Guidelines.

Should I still wait?
