Question

Will my account be closed due to intellectual property violation?

Hello, what exactly is intellectual property infringement? For example, I create my images by looking at the best-selling works or the latest uploaded assets and getting inspired by them, and I prevent duplicate content by changing the title in a completely original way. However, if this participant sees my presence and objects, will my account be closed? Please, if the answer is yes, I will immediately delete the assets I sent for review.

I've seen someone close their account for this reason before. Well, doesn't everyone do this? So what exactly is the purpose of the “best sellers” page? Isn't it about inspiring people?

As a side note: You probably know that there is a stock contributors forum to ask questions relating to contributors. Stock customers would really like to be spared from our small issues, when they browse this stock forum for their customer issues.

This is a highly hypothetical question that cannot be answered with either a clear yes or a clear no. However, the guidelines in this sense are clear: you are not allowed to copy the style or content of other artists. Where the boundary lies between a mere copy and inspiration is certainly not obvious. So in case of doubt, it is certainly better not to publish.

There is a fine line between getting inspired (“Oh, they have plenty of pictures with fancy colours, so let's produce colourful assets.”) and simple copying (“Oh, let's use their pictures to feed my prompts.”). As always, it's your responsibility to do the “right” thing.

Yes, you are right, but artificial intelligence never produces the same pictures. It produces something completely different and when I change the title I prevent duplicate content. I just copy the keywords of that entity so there's no problem, right?

Wrong.

You will get in trouble, someday, somehow, with such a mentality. That is my personal opinion.
