Will this photo be accepted for commercial use?

Taken as a whole, I think this will be refused for Intellectual Property reasons. Unlike schematic diagrams, actual circuit boards are typically protected by design & utility patents, as are the various components inside them. When in doubt, Stock will always err on protecting IP rights.

For reference, compare your image with other circuit boards in Stock inventory.

How about if I leave the original background, will it be accepted?

In addition, the slanted verticals would conceivably result in a rejection. A perfectly squared off top-lay version would have a better chance. And check your histogram.

If company names, brand names, logos, or the like are visible, the submission will be rejected due to IP issues.
You will need to edit the image using Photoshop.
