Withdraw money

Hello. My account has been de-activated but I had 228$ in my account how can I withdraw it? I have written emails related to this issue to support team but nobody helps me. Thanks in advance

You can't withdraw it until Adobe completes their investigation. I assume you used the Contact Us link on your dashboard to ask for details. All you can do now is wait for them to respond. Sending follow up emails will not help.

Thanks for your reply. I have used Contact Us link but anyone does not answer me for details I have been waiting  over 3 months and still waiting

Have you checked your spam folders? Sometimes emails from Adobe land in the wrong folder.
