I CAN SUBMIT A WITHDRAW REQUEST , BEFORE 7 DAYS BUT IT STILL NOT REFLECT INTO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

Payouts take 7-10 business days. Look at your calendar and start counting on the day after you submitted the request, omitting weekends and holidays.
